Policies and Fees
Business Hours:
Tuesday- Friday 9am-3pm (with occasional options for evening sessions)
Investment:
The fee for a 53 minute session is $200.
The fee for an extended 90 minute session is $255.
**Sliding scale may be an option depending on need. We can discuss this further during an initial consultation call.
**In-network with Aetna and Lyra EAP.
For other insurnace plans, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible partial reimbursement through out-of-network coverage. Insurance plans may vary and it is recommended to seek clarity on your plan's coverage prior to starting therapy.
Frequency:
This is a decision we make together. Most clients begin therapy by meeting weekly and others biweekly. Monthly sessions may be an option after the initial 3 week assessment period.
Accessibility:
Virtual sessions allow you to participate in therapy from the comfort of your home or office. Sessions are held over a secure HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.
In-person sessions are held in a single story building with all gender bathrooms. Parking is ample and close to the building entrance.
No Surprises Act:
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
