WELCOME

Hello! I'm Andrea (she/her) and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults.  My specialties include: Anxiety, Child/Teen Mental Mealth, Complex Trauma, Perinatal/Parenting challenges, Highly Sensitive People, and Life Transitions. I work with those seeking relief from difficult symptoms and experiences, along with those seeking to cultivate more meaning and depth of presence in their lives. I use a variety of brain-body healing methods to meet you where you are in your journey. My services are inclusive, culturally sensitive, and non-pathologizing. I am neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ affirming.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY FOR ADULTS

CHILD & TEEN THERAPY

Are you looking for therapy where you can show up as your full self? Are you exhausted from faking a smile while you white-knuckle through your daily life? If anxiety has held you back from seeking support in the past, kudos to you on finally taking the leap. I know it's not easy to let someone in, and I value creating a safe and supportive container for my clients to relax into, allowing shame to slowly slip away and self-love to take its place. Healing wounds takes time and may not always be easy, but it is so worth it. Therapy is a partnership, and you will be at the wheel while I offer deep listening, care, and a variety of therapeutic tools. It is important to me that you feel affirmed and celebrated in all aspects of your identity as you embark on the process of improving your mental health. I'd be honored to help you on your path to a life filled with more peace, contentment, connection, and JOY!

I work with kids and teens (ages 10 to 18) to help them understand and manage their difficult emotions. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to process experiences and develop a coping toolkit. I have experience supporting with challenges such as anxiety, depression, identity formation, academic stress, trauma, and low self-esteem. At an age where kids/teens are often ready to deepen their sense of independence, I offer choices and flexibility about how our work together will look. Therapy allows kids and teens a space to be seen and accepted by someone outside their day-to-day life, often leading to more self-confidence and an overall sense of balance. I'd love to partner with you (Caregiver/Parent) in helping your child or teen develop skills and capacities that will support them now and long into the future.
